UX Designer

Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, research, UX process, design systems, and production-ready UI.

Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce products is a plus.

Experience in Design - Figma (Expert level), FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Prototyping and animation tools (preferred).

Experience in Research & Collaboration - Miro / FigJam, Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence / Notion.

Experience in AI Tools - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI assistants for research, ideation, content refinement, and workflow automation. AI-enabled features within design platforms (such as Figma AI) to improve efficiency while maintaining design quality.

Experience in Development Awareness - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive layouts, and front-end frameworks. Familiarity with design tokens and developer handoff workflows.

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, stakeholder discussions, and competitive analysis.

Translate business and user needs into actionable design insights.

Create personas, empathy maps, and define user pain points.

Validate design decisions using usability testing and user feedback.

Create user journeys, task flows, user flows, information architecture, and interaction models.

Develop low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Design intuitive user experiences that balance business goals with user needs.

Solve complex UX challenges using data-driven and user-centered approaches.

Design modern, visually engaging, and user-friendly interfaces.

Evaluate AI-generated outputs critically to ensure they meet quality, usability, and accessibility standards.

Stay current with emerging AI tools and incorporate them where they improve efficiency and design quality.

Create clear UX documentation, including user flows, annotations, design rationale, and interaction specifications.

Maintain organized Figma files with proper naming conventions, component structure, and version control.

Prepare developer-ready designs with complete specifications, assets, and responsive behaviors.

Work closely with engineering teams during implementation to ensure design accuracy.

Review implemented designs and provide feedback to maintain design quality.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.

Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions backed by research and user insights.

Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and Design Thinking.

Experience creating user personas, user journeys, task flows, user flows, and information architecture.

Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.

Strong experience building and maintaining scalable Design Systems.

Ability to create reusable UI components and component libraries.

Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
