The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of software applications using the .NET framework. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the .NET framework, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Enhanced Skill Set - Core Backend & Architecture
Primary Stack: Angular, C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, OOP, and Design Patterns.
Optimization Mindset: Proven ability to look at the larger picture to optimize application performance, architecture, and database efficiency.
AI & Automation
AI Coding Assistant Experts: Hands-on knowledge of using AI agents and tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) to automate routine coding tasks.
Automated Testing: Ability to efficiently generate comprehensive unit and integration test cases using modern code-assisting tools.
Cloud & DevOps
Cloud Expertise: Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform -AWS or Microsoft Azure.
CI/CD Pipelines: Experience setting up, maintaining, or working closely with deployment and automation pipelines.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in software development using the .NET framework.
Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server.
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Manage the development of software applications using the .NET framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Develop clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality software solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the .NET framework.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
Continuously improving software development processes and methodologies.
Work with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
