About This Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II contractor to support initiatives within Digital Infrastructure. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing infrastructure‑focused projects while maintaining delivery discipline, stakeholder alignment, and cost control. The Project Manager II will lead projects end‑to‑end, partnering with infrastructure, security, and IT teams to ensure schedules, dependencies, and outcomes are managed effectively in an enterprise environment. This is a hands‑on delivery role with direct accountability for project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, related digital, analytical, or IT field.

Hold 10+years of professional experience.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

PMP certification.

5+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives, IT infrastructure or operations projects, and systems or security administration environments.

Experience coordinating work across infrastructure, security, and IT teams.

Exposure to regulated or compliance‑aware delivery environments.

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Experience producing project plans, status reports, and delivery documentation.

Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional technical teams.

Experience operating in enterprise, governance‑driven environments.

Responsibilities

Plan and analyze assigned projects, establishing schedules, project parameters, and execution procedures.

Review project proposals and plans to determine:

Timelines and milestones.

Funding limitations.

Staffing and resource requirements.

Allocation of resources across project phases.

Develop detailed work plans and coordinate staffing or resource assignments as required.

Assigning duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

Manage tasks, estimates, dependencies, milestones, and required project documentation.

Modify plans or schedules to address risks, issues, or changes.

Coordinate project activities related to regulatory or governmental requirements when applicable.

Maintain accurate forecasting of project cost at completion.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Investigate and resolve concerns, implement corrective actions, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Ensure timely project completion and obtain formal acceptance and sign‑off.

Maintain accountability for successful project outcomes.

Support coordination of required subcontract agreements or project documentation.
