About This Position

As a key contributor to the "Run the Business" pillar, you will oversee the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. This role is vital for ensuring organizational stability as we scale, focusing on end-to-end administration of systems and networks. You will leverage automation through SCCM and Intune to eliminate manual bottlenecks and ensure a resilient technical environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven proficiency in System Administration with a heavy focus on SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions.

Deep expertise in network configuration, monitoring tools, and modern IT security protocols.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root-cause analysis on critical infrastructure issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professional documentation.

CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent professional certifications are highly desirable.

Prior experience with compliance standards such as ISO 27001 is a significant advantage.

Ability to work on-site at our Hyderabad tech hub to support local and global operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee system and network administration to ensure 24/7 operational efficiency across all IT assets.

Manage and optimize SCCM, Intune, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms to streamline deployment and compliance.

Configure, monitor, and maintain robust network security protocols to protect organizational data.

Perform routine system health checks and performance monitoring to prevent downtime.

Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex system and network-related challenges promptly.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies that improve overall infrastructure performance.
