About the Position

QA Engineer

Description

  • We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in manual and automated testing, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in any of the automation frameworks such as Selenium/Cypress/Playwright.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in any of scripting languages like Python/ Java/ C#.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in any one of the API testing using Postman, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • ISTQB or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of database testing (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter/ LoadRunner) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans for manual and automated testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to resolve them.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality at every stage of the development lifecycle.
  • Implement test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards.
